A former police detective, Jack quit the force after his partner was shot and killed while making an arrest with him. He is still haunted by the memories of that night and feels responsible for his partner's death. Now just an "average joe" mailman and father of three, Jack struggles with a broken relationship with his daughter Kate, and caring for his wife's failing health.
In real life: Tom Lodewyck has been acting since his childhood. Now a resident of SE Wisconsin, he is a prominent actor in the WI film scene.
